    Wheeling Jesuit (11-7) erased a 3-1 Walsh first half lead and defeated the Cavs 4-3 in their season finale. Walsh closes the season 3-13 and with losses in their last five games.

    Walsh fell to 3-10 in the GLIAC and to 3-12 overall, after falling 3-1 to Notre Dame College (12-4, 8-4) tonight. The loss was the fourth straight for Walsh. The Cavs close the season with a non-league contest at Wheeling Jesuit College on Saturday.

    Jordan Semple (Sr., North Canton, OH/GlenOak) scored Walsh's lone goal in a 3-1 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference loss to Ohio Dominican University (8-4-1, 7-3) at Panther Field today. The loss drops the Cavs to 3-7 in the GLIAC and to 3-9 overall. The Cavs are idle until Friday night when they host Lake Erie College at 7:30 pm
  • Cavs Soar Past Eagles 5-3

    A high scoring affair broke out at Milazzo Field Sunday afternoon, but Walsh was on the positive end of a 5-3 decision over Ashland. The Cavaliers (3-8, 3-6) broke a five-game losing streak. The Eagles (7-3-1 5-3) were also just coming off of a 3-1 win over previously undefeated and No. 2 Gannon.

  • Urbana Blanks Cavs in Opener

    Urbana University (2-1) blanked Walsh (0-1) 3-0 in the Cavs season opener today. The Blue Knights struck 33 seconds into the contest when Tyler Wason scored the first of his goals. Urbana added a second goal 15 minutes into the contest and led 2-0 at the half. Wason then tallied again at the 54:39 mark to give the Blue Knights some added insurance.
