(NORTH CANTON, Ohio) - Walsh returns home to take on Tiffin this Saturday at noon from North Canton Memorial Stadium. The Cavaliers will be searching for their first win of the season as they enter the contest at 0-5. The Dragons are 3-2 overall and 2-2 in the conference after knocking off previously unbeaten and No. 5 Ashland.
Walsh plays four of its final six games at home after completing its second-longnest trip of the season last week. The Cavaliers only have to travel two more times, and only once more out of state. Walsh plays at Wayne State next week with the remaining games on the schedule in Ohio.
The series between Walsh and Tiffin is lengthy as the two schools have played more often than any of the Cavaliers' GLIAC opponents. The teams have met a total of 11 times with the Cavs leading the all-time series 8-3. Tiffin won last year's meeting 34-13, but Walsh won the previous three meetings once the series resumed once Walsh joined the GLIAC.
