Women's Lacrosse Rolls with Four in a Row

(NORTH CANTON, Ohio)- The Walsh University Women's Lacrosse team rallied for the their fourth win in a row after their 12-7 victory against the University of Charleston at Vasco Sports Complex putting them at 7-1 for the season.

Becky Parker would be the dominant driving force of the Cavalier offense as she would tally four goals on the day. After multiple shot attempts within the first few minutes of the game, Parker would be the first to get the Cavs on the board and get the momentum going. Three of Parker's goals would all come in the first half.

In addition to Parker, seven other Cavaliers would add to the win over the Golden Eagles. Kendra Cowen-Tripp would fire two goals for the Maroon & Gold while Jenny Spragg, Hannah McFeeters, Sam Paulson, Lindsay Hindman, Skylar Crandell and Grace Andreski would each add one goal throughout the game for the fourth win in a row for the Cavaliers.

Hannah McFeeters had four groundballs and four caused turnovers on defense.  Luisa Landaverde and Halle Kotulock would both go onto to record three groundballs and Kotulock would add three caused turnovers on defense.

Walsh goalie Mikaela Faus would have 4 groundballs and 17 saves on the day.

The team will play next on Wednesday March 27th as they face the Raiders of Mount Union on the road at 7 PM.
