(NORTH CANTON, Ohio) – Walsh hosts Findlay for the final regular season game this Thursday from Alumni Arena. The Cavaliers (14-12, 10-9) have already solidified the No. 8 seed in next week's GLIAC Tournament and the Oilers (13-14, 7-12) have been eliminated from the post-season, but the Maroon and Gold are attempting to avenge an earlier season loss to the visitors late last month.
It will also be the final home game for seniors Jalynn Graham, Brooke Morgan, and Brooklyn Wooten. Graham is four points shy of 1,000 points in her career, while Wooten leads the team with 13.4 points per game and has been named GLIAC South Division Player of the Week twice this season.
This is the 21st meeting all-time between the two schools. Including last month's game, Walsh trails the all-time series 14-6.
The Cavs will follow up Thursday's game with their third consecutive GLIAC Tournament appearance on the road at Ashland on Tuesday.
