Walsh Set For Battle At Jacksonville; Kickoff Now At Noon

(JACKSONVILLE) – Despite Hurricane Irma closing down Jacksonville University's campus until today, Walsh is still full-go for this this weekend's game against the Dolphins. The Cavaliers (0-2) are flying down Friday for their first matchup against an NCAA Division I program and will take on Jacksonville this Saturday at 12 p.m.

The Cavaliers haven't played a game in Florida in 11 years when they traveled to Lake Wales and defeated Webber 14-3 on September 23, 2006.

Last week Walsh opened up a three-game road stretch with a loss at Saginaw Valley State. The Dolphins were on a bye and enter the contest at 0-1 after a 48-7 loss at Mercer. The Dolphins are an FCS member of the Pioneer Football League.

Media coverage will be provided by Jacksonville with video by ESPN 3 and audio by MixLr.
